Do you repair damaged glasses straps or glasses chains?

For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot offer repairs for glasses straps or glasses chains that have already been worn. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I order a glasses chain in a specific length?

Yes. Many of our models can be made to your preferred length. Please contact us by email before purchasing so we can check whether your requested length is possible.

Do you make the glasses chains yourselves?

Almost all of our glasses chains are carefully handmade by me personally. The models we make by hand are unique pieces. The models in our “Selected Styles” range come from selected manufacturers and complement our handmade collection.

Are the glasses chains suitable for all glasses?

Our glasses chains are suitable for almost all common types of glasses. The included premium glasses chain loops are flexible and fit most glasses temples with ease.

Which glasses chain loops are included?

All glasses chains come with high-quality premium glasses chain loops as standard. They provide a particularly secure hold, high tear resistance, and resistance to UV light and perspiration.

Can I choose the colour of the glasses chain loops?

Yes, of course. Please enter your preferred colour in the “Order note” field in the cart, or send us a short email afterwards.

Can I choose a silver-tone or gold-tone lobster clasp?

Yes. You can also enter your preference for a silver-tone or gold-tone lobster clasp in the “Order note” field in the cart, or contact us by email beforehand.

Can I wear the glasses chain without glasses?

Yes. Thanks to the lobster clasp, many of our models can also be worn as necklaces. The glasses chain loops can simply be removed when needed.

Can colours and beads differ from the photos?

With our handmade models and natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape or arrangement may occur. These small differences highlight the individual character of each piece.

How should I care for my glasses chain?

To help your glasses chain last as long as possible, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume and cosmetics and storing the chain in a dry place.

Do you have a product catalogue?

As our range changes regularly and many of our handmade glasses chains are one-of-a-kind pieces, we do not offer a printed catalogue. You can always find all currently available models in our online shop.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The usual delivery times are:
– Germany: 1–3 business days
– Other EU countries: 2–5 business days
– Switzerland: 2–5 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on our current order volume.)

Are the glasses chains suitable as gifts?

Yes. Our handmade glasses chains make excellent personal and individual gifts.

Can private customers order from you?

Yes, of course. Our online shop is open to both private customers and resellers. For larger quantities or special enquiries, we will be happy to advise you personally.
