Delivery and Shipping Conditions

Goods are delivered by dispatch to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

If delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to the cost of the original delivery if the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal. If the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the rules on return shipping costs set out in the seller's withdrawal instructions apply.

Collection in person is not possible for logistical reasons.

Shipping Costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

For delivery and shipping within Germany, we charge EUR 2.99, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Deliveries abroad:

For delivery and shipping within the European Union, we charge EUR 5.70, and for Switzerland EUR 6.00, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany in 1–3 business days and within the European Union and Switzerland in 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
